Square One Location Sussex Centre
PLEASE NOTE: Our Square One location is located at Suite #1400 in the West Tower of the Sussex Centre.
For confidentiality and privacy reasons, the Centre of Healing Minds is not publicly advertised, so you will see Regus signage upon arrival rather than our clinic name.
Once you arrive, please let the receptionist know that you are here for your appointment, then have a seat in the waiting area. Your therapist will come out to greet you at your scheduled appointment time.

UNDERGROUND GARAGE:
(Access off Enfield Place – the street behind / south of the Sussex Centre building)
PAID UNDERGROUND PARKING
Paid underground parking is available at the following rates:
Hourly: $1.50 per 30 minutes
Daily Maximum: $12.00 (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Evening Rate: $10.00 flat (Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
Weekend & Holiday Rate: $10.00 flat (6:00 AM – 2:00 AM)
Enter the building through the West Tower at 90 Burnhamthorpe Rd W and take the West Tower parking elevator to the 14th floor, then proceed to Suite #1400.
If you enter from the underground parking through the East Tower, please proceed to the 3rd floor, as this is the only floor that connects the East Tower to the West Tower. Once you are in the West Tower, take the elevator to the 14th floor and proceed to Suite #1400.
PAID ROADSIDE PARKING
Metered parking is also available on Kariya Drive and Sussex Gate.
WEEKEND & AFTER-HOURS ENTRY:
Please note elevators require special access after 6:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. If you have an appointment scheduled during these times, please wait at the seating area in the lobby on floor “M”, and we will call you or come to get you close to your appointment time.
